In modern day yoga, there are three components of the practice:

Meet Our Instructor: Jess

She is a Registered Nurse that has lead yoga for 15 years, personal trainer (certified for 10 years). She is mother of 4 children and has been married for 15 years. Jess loves Jesus, tattoos, traveling, sunshine, and everything outdoors—except winter.
